Professional Bagseed Photographs (super macro shots)

so on my first grow i used some bag seed grown in soil..... all organic. had 4 seeds that i planted and all 4 were female.... just recently a good friend of mine came over and took some nice pics of the nugs, she is in photography school by the way so they are much better than the pics that I would take myself haha. The close up pic of the trichs is my favorite, it's like looking at it under a handheld microscope but better. enjoy.

oh and forgot to mention.... grown in modified closet under a 400 watt hps system and a tjernlund fan exhausting air through an air cooled hood and into the attic. next grow after i harvest this last plant will be all canna coco and canna nutes with a blumat drip system.

Absolutely beautiful! I love seeing the early formations of clear trichomes close up like that. Talk about a good bag seed score huh?

thanks for all the nice comments guys, i was really impressed by how the plants turned out, just wish i could have gotten my friend over to take pics of the other ones before they were harvested... this is the final one in the closet.... the pics are truly amazing though especially if you see the originals where you can zoom in to about 10 times the clarity that they are when flickr downsizes them.

i'm hoping that my next grow will be even better.... gonna start them in 3 gallon smart pots... anybody have any experience with these?

I have not use them, but a friend does. He swears by them. I always argue with him that 5 gallon is optimal, but he says the 3 gallon smart pots holds more than 3 gallon. They look very useful, if you have the money to spend on them I say go for it.

i ended up getting 5 three gallon spartpots.... only paid 8 dollars for all of them so it was much cheaper than I expected.
Oh and bigbillyrocka to answer your question.... this plant hasn't been harvested yet. the others were right under 3 zones..... i didn't think it was too shabby for my first grow and being in soil with only technaflora nutes. i have all the canna stuff for my next grow coming up shortly and am expecting a much higher yield.

yeah technaflora was quite good.... i used the kit which is called Recipe For Success and even with 4 plants i still have like over 90 percent of each bottle left lol.... comes with quite a bit of stuff and if i ever do any soil grows or outdoor stuff i'll end up using it again or letting a friend use the kit for his first grow coming up.... it's good for starters that's for sure. I have all the canna stuff waiting for the grow closet to be free of this last lady flowering.
