Promix/oxygen pot flood drain system

So it's my first time growing I started with 5 gal smart pots with promix/Perlite/Dolomite lime. After starting I picked up a used oxygen pot bucket system and when watering became more frequent I dropped the girls into that system and it works great. I noticed right off the bat that the pots hold a couple inches of water when drained so I installed A.I.T. 9" Spyder air bubblers in the pots to keep the water aerating. My soil stays wet all the time watering once a day for 10 mins. Now my roots have made it through the pots and into the water. Am I better off leaving it as is or raising the pots so they drain completely? If I raise them should I keep pumping air into them? Will it hurt my roots if I take away that water? Is it okay to leave them in wet soil as long as I have air being pumped in? Any input would be appreciated. Here's a pic about a week and half since I transplanted them and they've been in wet soil for the entire time. I haven't noticed any I'll effects. Sounds like an accidental bato (dutch) bucket. Bubbler won't hurt, but they probably aren't necessary. Leave them be... they will love it.

that pro mix should dry up a bit before the next flood. I had better results with hydroton than pro mix in my flood/drains for this reason, some root rot with pro mix none with rocks.
If you were watering/feeding these by hand you might water ever few days in veg so take that into consideration.

When I was vegging I did hand water and had the smartpots in open air. I placed them in these buckets a week before flower. I was kind of under the impression that I wouldn't really need to dry it out if I'm pumping oxygen in there with the bubblers? In the future I will be using another medium I just already had these plants growing in promix when I got the system. They seem to be loving it so far.

Make a second net layer and trim and train tops to go through the net, not right on top of them, slightly higher.
I had the other half of the net I bought so I just did this. Should I use this to hold the taller plants down while the shorter ones grow a bit more?
