Hi everyone! How are you?.

I wanted to share with you my first experiment with hydroponics, which i'm currently doing. After moving to a new home, i re-set my tent and started vegging with a BSF Super Lemon Haze clone a friend of mine gave to me.

The purpose of this grow was to be in contact with hydroponic growing and empirically check how i got along with it.

The pot was made with things a friend had at home.

It looked like this when it arrived.

Growing space

Vegging - 0.60cm x 0.80cm
Flowering- 0.80 cm x 1 mt

Lights
- Bioled 110i for vegging
- Marsled Sunflash 153 for flowering

The hydro setup is pretty simple:

- plastic protein pot
- root container is a plastic ice cream pot + 3d printed small basket
- air pump + diffusion stone
- 2.25 lts of water

At this point, some Amnesia Haze and Gorilla Glue clones arrives, so I moved the hydro to the flowering part of the tent

Nice. I think you'll find that pot too small soon.
I know! Right now i have to change the solution twice a week, as when it started flowering the water intake increased a lot and it's been a pain in the ass to keep a decent nutrient concentration, cause it starts to rise when water level goes down, so i have to put a little more water and check the EC to leave it where i want.

It wasn't planned to let it grow this big, but as I needed the space in the veg room i let it veg a little longer than expected just so it was worth the electricity i'd spend on making it flower.

The purpose of this grow was merely empirical, to check how i find myself diving in hydroponics.
