2'x3' flowering cabinet - 200watt timber grow light, 3500k vero29's
3'x3' flowering tent - 2x kingbrite 240watt qb288's, 3000k Samsung lm301h

Nutrients:GH trio +botanicare calmag
Happy frog soil

2x, 3gallon incredible bulk
2x, 7gallon incredible bulk
7gallon HSO blue dream
7gallon HSO green crack

All the ladies are day 16 from sprout, topped at node 3 and will be vegging for a while yet.

Had to flip the cabinet to flower today, the girls are a bit small for my liking but I'm going to run out of smoke otherwise and I don't want to buy.

I was also doing some LST in the tent and noticed some white and gold fuzzy looking stuff on the soil. I'd like to make sure this is ok? First time that I haven't mixed happy frog with something else.

Pretty sure that's soil microbes. I get that on my coco

Cool! Guess happy frog stays happier when you don't dilute the mycorrhizae content. I'm gonna have to read teaming with microbes soon..
To be sure I swapped out the mini tower fan for something that provides better circulation. The 3x3 is a new space for me so I'm still optimizing.

I took some clones the other day and flipped the tent yesterday.

F2, incredible bulks up front, green crack back right and blue dream back left.

Straight happy frog is interesting because I have to feed heavier than if ocean forest was mixed in. HSO blue dream is an N hungry bitch.

Defoliated the middles a little on each girl and moved my winningest clones to 1/4 gallon smart pots.

The current girls are all trained the same way, topped at the 3rd node, 1st nodes removed and each branch topped from 2nd and 3rd nodes for 8 main stalks from 5 toppings total per plant.

Welp, the cabinet turned out to have pretty bad light leaks and the two girls in there hermied. I killed them and the cabinet is now just a veg space. I kept 2 clones, 1 blue dream and my favorite incredible bulk based off vigor and excluding two that had bad secondary stem mutations. Green crack is a runt so...
Blue dream is still hungry and not just for N, I have fed the last 4 waterings and gave double dose of nutes yesterday.

I'm starting to get the blue dream turned around now finally. Still slight N deficit as well as iron and boron. Gave a double dose of micro with today's feeding and switched back to feeding every other watering. They sure are thirsty already, drinking a gallon every other day at only F14..

I've been growing for about a year and a half so I am still learning stuff all the time as I go. Things are going pretty good now and I've got stuff better dialed in with the nutrients and environment. F19 update on the flower tent.

I've been doing a lot of super cropping to keep shit away from the lights. They're at about 15" now but got to 10" a couple times. Fed this morning.

Continuing to super crop a lot.. I'm trying to keep stuff far enough away so I can leave the lights cranked to 100%. I've had leaves show signs of being to close and break out my pinchers. Picked up a bag of dry koolbloom that I'm going to start feeding to the bulks in a couple weeks.

How often do you feed on happy frog? Do you feed water water or feed water feed?

I feed every other watering. It's just way different from jump, I have to feed during the whole veg period and can feed full recommended amounts and actually make adjustments.

Couldn't feed at all with ocean forest mixed in until flower and then only lightly so by the time problems cropped up I would be 3 or 4 weeks into flower trying to dial in nutrients.
Blue dream is still getting double dose of GH micro every feed for example.

This is the baseline chart that I use.

F29 after a little defoliating. I feel like defoliation is done right when it still feels like there is more to be done. Leaves are specked with a lil soil here and there.. adjusted fans today.
