pullin out my hair

(but not literally).
Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone will be able to troubleshoot this issue for me.

-Two days ago I discovered an out-door grow while I was out working on a photography assignment so I decided to bring the plant back to my home.
The plant looks like it may be about 19 days into the Flowering stage and is around 3 1/2 feet tall w/ small buds starting to form and I believe it to be an indica.

-The problem is that the leaves are extremely extremely dry ( but they aren't brown) they are just very brittle. Most likely from the harsh weather it's been out in . *I'm located in southern Ontario and we have been getting some frost the past few nights.
I'm thinking that this plant still has potential to produce more so right now I have the plant set up under two daylight CFL's -12 hours on - 12 off in a small 2' x 2' x 4' closet....and I have been watering the shit out of it. From what I can tell, some of the smaller leaves seem to have regained a bit of life back but the head of the stocks still seem to be very brittle...

Does anyone have any suggestions? or do you think it's too late for this grow?
-I'll be posting some pictures later tonight or tomorrow so you guys can possibly help me out better.

Cheers, and any advice will be greatly appreciated!

if it was already in a pot its called kidnapping and its not taken lightly at RIU, alot of outdoor growers on this site have been ripped off. Did u just rip her out of the ground or was she potted ?

It happened to a friend of mine about a month ago... He was actually going to go harvest when he found his bitch missing.

haha no trust me, I wouldn't have taken it if I didn't absolutely know that the plant had a day or two to live (at best). It was in seriously rough condition when I found it but I seem to have brought it back to life a little and I myself have been jacked before so I know how it feels.
...I just didn't want the plant to entirely go to waste. It looked as if it had been abandoned...there were 3 other pots which already been harvested...I don't think the owner thought this one would produce...
I have been babying it every 2-4 hours and it looks like it may yield a half oz.

-The only thing in decent condition with this plant is the soil... I believe it's a triple mix...

but yeah, honestly this plant would not have produced a dime if I didn't intervene. It was hardly recognizable as a plant even because every single leaf had shriveled up, dried or completely died ... it was a sad looking specimen.
* It was either some - or none.

Yeah sorry but you arn't getting my help.

just because a plant is looking a little shitty doesn't mean anything. You just said yourself the plant looks to beable to yield a little bit just not the average for ourdoors.

All in all you just could have taken something that someone has been flushing. Which in the end makes the plant look pretty shitty except the buds.

And it it looks lik a 1/2o now with care in a week it could me 3/4 a zip.

No one likes a thief. Plant your own fucking seeds from now on and leave others alone. Even if they seem to be a less competent grower then you, they have to learn some how.

your best bet is to abandon this thread and pray to the ganja gods for forgiveness. You took something that didnt belong to you, if it was potted and there were other pots there that should of told you to leave it alone, that was someone elses to take not urs, you made a bad decision . Next time really think about what your doing before u do it because KARMA can be a real bitch.
