this is gonna sound really stupid i know but i was just curious if a single fan leaf would root if exposed to rooting hormone, not to form a new plant for growing or anything but just for visually interesting plant decor, you know just a fan leaf with a root doing nothing but sustaining its own survival, i know it wouldnt grow because it wouldnt have any nodes but i thought it would be pretty cool to just sit somewhere in my room or somethin

i dont feel like plucking any fan leaves off my plant at the moment but i'll try it sooner or later

i was trying to clone from a leaf (which can be done,u have to make sure to get a piece of the node)

I've NEVER seen someone being able to clone a leaf without tissue culture gear.
Haven't managed to do so myself either. And I got some cloning experience under my belt.

I would love to see a picture of a leaf clone if someone have one.

like i said,u have to get a part of the node
u can clone using one fan leaf

wouldn't it be easier to take a clone like most people do and when you get it to root remove all the leaves you don't want?
