Today is the beginning of my grow log. Heres whats being grown. 6 clones I got from a grower of purple. Current setup is a small cabinet (exact measurments soon) with 4 26w CFLs (only 2 on right now). White paint on the walls of course. The plants are currently in some sort of weird brown soil that im not very fond of. I purchased gel that im going to let them root inside of instead. Going to take care of the transplant soon. Updates soon to come.

Grow Room Update: grow room is 13"width x 27"height x 23.5"deep

The clones are here! Theyre droopy because theyre in a shitty rockwool substitute. Im using gel now.
As you can see, the bastards are already starting to yellow :(...we'll see what happens in the new gel.

6 2L bottles, cut and filled with soil / perlite. Also, cut 3 holes on the bottom of each for drainage.

ANY ADVICE IS ACCEPTED

So it looks like some of the larger leaves are beginning to die out. Im assuming this is a natural thing that occurs during the cloning process since MOST of the smaller leaves seem to be taking the change nicely. So far 5/6 clones are doing fine, 1 seems to be dying out but ill let it stay. I trimmed off one of the largest leaves since it was dying out quickly. I cant see any roots yet through the gel, but we'll see.

Anything I can do to perk the little ladies up?

found this in faq.... i knew it but did you??

Another way to limit transpiration is to cut about half off of each leaflet. You will still have the same number of leaves on the stem, but the surface area has decreased. This also helps control fungus by preventing the leaves from contacting the dome or the medium

So far so good guys! The dome has helped a ton! Ive decided to keep it on until they are good to be transplanted from the gel to soil. A lot of the leaves are showing high growth and is making me very happy :D.

I also trimmed the big leaves... :-(. It makes me soo sad to see those beauties get cut down, but its cool, they'll grow back. Its for the greater good, i tell myself.
Just noticed some are yellowing. Allgood?

Looking fantastic, those dying sexies hellllla came back up. Im super stoked!:joint:
New plans!
Im going to flower one as soon as i transplant it to soil. If it goes well, and imma record my total weight at the end of each plant.
Ones going to be a mother, the bestest looking baby.:hump:
And the other 4, are to be harvested, and feasted upon :D.

More Pictures of Course in a bit, my connection is fuzzy.

Ok so a couple of days later and my plants are looking different. I cant tell if this is good or bad yet. Sorry I havnt done a post in a couple of days because it was my birthday weekend so i was partying hard :D.

Anywho, My clones are starting to die off at the end of the leaves and its really getting to me. I transplanted one of the smaller ones to get the hang of how to do it when the bigger ones need it. I moved it into my recently built (last night) closet lined with a curtain of plastic. (the right one :D)

Heres some pics, and a diagnosis of my plants would be fantastic :D. thanks.

:spew::hug:

I decided to place the one clone i took out and soiled into flowering early, just to see how things work out. This being my first grow, everything is just tests on what i can and cannot do :D.

So today I transplanted more clones, total of 4 now. I moved them into the grow closet. For now I have 4 cfls on them but ill up it to 6 soon. Possibly 8. Im having issues holding my light steady since its hanging.

Any Ideas?

I also decided against flowering one early. I dont have different rooms for it so imma just veg them all for now and flower in 3 weeks. :D
