Purple Kush and grandaddy SOG

So i have 60 clones in my ezcloner right now. 30 purple kush and 30 grandaddy. im planning on starting a SOG in like 3-4 more days when all the clones have rooted. half of them have roots right now. i was wondering has anyone done a SOG with these strains and what could i expect to yield per plant. ill be using fox farms and botanicare nutes. they will be in a grow tent under 1000w air cooled HPS. all in 1 gallon pots.

I just got some grandaddy clones and some romulan (or however its spelled) and the grandaddy usually has a pretty high yeild especially witht he fox farm nutes

soooo..... do you got a camera? You talking about GDP (grandaddy?) I got that too.. I have the pure kush. I am very interisted to see this one. I need visuals!!!

Sorry neva even heard of GD, I got some PKush 4wks flowering right now though, no specific genetics just a PKush seed from some norcal bud I got from a friend, was dank though.

U dont top at all? Ah just single colas. I'll do some of them too, still experimenting.

As far as yeid with SOG you shoot fot 1-2 oz a plant. My next plan is to top once young and cut of lower branches, so plant will be a Y, So I'm shooting for 2x 1 oz colas a plant.

Ur definitally going for the massive little plants way though... I just cant see my self watering that many little pots... Thats why I'm going to hydro in the future for SOG grows like this.

I'm interested how U mix foxfarm and botanicare nutes?

it just looks like a lot of light. there is alot of bulbs but there are only 3 fluorescent 15w bulbs that are on. all the rest are off. and no im not going to top. if i top them then i would have to veg them for like a week or two. and im trying to get completely away from veggin. i just want to flower. as far as yields go. ive heard that people can get anywhere from 1/2to 1oz per plant from sog. im shooting for 1/2oz per plant. that would make me happy. and i wont be hand watering anything... that would be a freaking pain. lol im puting a drip system in the tent that will be on a timer and will water the plants 2-3 times a day. i love the botanicare veg nutes. i didnt have such luck with the flowering nutes though so im gonna go with fox farms flowering nutes. we'll see how it turns out. im gonna water with veg and flower nutes all the way through the flowering until like the last 2 weeks and then ill just flush.

ok folks. well those that are subscribed to my thread. tonight i will be puting up the tent, light, and hooking up the drip system. also all the clones that are in soil are going to be transplanted into 1 gallone pots. and put in the tent. i will be taking pictures and posting them either tonight or tomorrow. oh yeah im using fox farms ocean forest soil. pictures to come...............

So the tent it up and running now. 1000w digital air cooled HPS. 2 centrifugal fans rated at 400cfm each going into a Y and vented out the window. 1 fan is sucking directly out of the tent and the other is sucking through the light and out the tent. No intake for the light. I think it will keep the tent cooler. Bypass intake. Im setting up the drip system right now. Pictures are below!!!!

Let me know what you guys and gals think... Any opinions on how i can better my setup? All advice is appreciated...

So im about half way done with the drip system. I should be done in the next couple hours or so. Here are the pics....

ill be interested to see how that drip system works out for you. i always water once every 2-3 days so the soil drys out a bit and then water again. thats just the way i was taught so if this way works better i may switch.

i was watering like that also. but 50 plants is too much to water by hand every few days. plus im a lazy stoner so i would end up procrastinating and miss a few waterings. but hopefully it works out well. i was thinking about using the misters but i decided to go with drippers instead that way they can be watered twice a day for about 20-30 min. im using 1/2gph drippers. hopefully it works out for the best. when im done setting them up im going to give them their first watering since being transplanted.
