just finished my 1st grow... all threw out flowering everything was going fantastic. after no problems least that I didnt see. I did have a hermie but got it out on time least I thought I did.. turns out it pollinated severla other plants... anyway thats not why I'm writting.. my big question and where Iget confused is regards to nutes. i had bought some purple pwer seeds that were supposed to turn purple ling story short I got orange buds with a non skunky smell. I dont think I over did on the nutes I know I did. the guy I learned from had me buying so much stuff but the plants remained healthy never aproblem. I may have harvested early but really had no chaoice since my plants were pollinated at least mst of them were.

I use soil as my medium. for flowering I'm using 2 1000 watt hps for veg 2 600 mh about 30 plants total in 2 gal pots. my air circulation is great i have reverse osmosis and kept my ph levels between 6.3-6.8 through out.. did I harvest to soon? Trichromes looked ready last week when I did harvest... I dont know very confused. Here's an example of my my first week weeks feeding.

Foxfarms Grow 10ml per 2 gal
Alga-MIC 10 ML per 2 GAL
Foxfarms bllom 10ml 2 gal
TopMax 1.o ML per liter
MadFarmer Nuts 8 ML per 2 gal
compost tea by Advanced Nutrients
Sweet 1tbls per gallon

pretty friggin crazy my purples are orange and I'm wondering why lol..

Can anyone suggest a more easy more effective nute schedule then what I'm doing?

put them in the fridge or freezer for a few hours after you harvest, you should see some purple

cold causes bud to look purple

your plants must be more power than purple

Thanks for that tip. I've been wondering how I was going to get my girls to purple up at 80 degrees. I never thought about doing it after harvest.

youve probably been battling heat the whole grow, but maybe you could put the plants that are still growing an an air conditioned room for a few hours a day to induce purplness

looks good to me too!! if you want them to turn purple before you cut them down put them in a box turn the airconditioner on and put the box right in front of it so the cold air goes in the box and leave it for a day it will turn.

thanks everyone. I do have an AC in my flowering room, the temp through the whole grow was 80-85 humidity around 40% I agree colder temp would have helped big time.. lucky for me I got 36 honeys getting ready to go into flowering and it will be colder

if you turn the AC up to max(if its not already) durring dark time, it should start some purpling...
