Purple/red stems?

What could it be? I just put these in 1 gal and fed them?
The red is starting to go into the veins :/

Top leaves tell me it might be the former. Then again, they might just be new. Either way, couldn't hurt to give some kind of P and Ca/Mg ferts.

Honestly, it's not showing anything else wrong, but that purple creeping into the leaf veins concerns me a bit. Monitor it. If any issue progresses, let someone know and we'll help you. But for now, just observe.

How old is it and when did you give it any CalMag and P last?

Shouldn't, simply means the plant is in a nute poor environment, it's not a single nute def, it's an overall nute def

that bottle he pictured is a 5-0-3 npk

with that nute I'd expect exactly what it's doin
