Puzzled

I have always grown outside and have always had a great harvest ! I decided to have a small grow inside during the winter months ! I purchased a Led Black diamond Perfect Sun dwarf star and set it up in a 3 x 5 gro tent ! I have tried twice to start a grow but after two or three weeks, the seedlings seem too dry up and I mean the leaves even though they have plenty of water ! Temperature is around 76 to 80 humidity could be higher but should be ok at 60 percent and I have an inline fan bringing fresh air ! Anyone have an idea what i'm doing wrong ?

Add way more aeration to your mix than you do outdoors....... especially with leds, it's vital. Watch your watering habits, buy a cheap moisture probe and it will help you immensely till you get the hang of it.
