Query about Detection

I am a total amateur at the whole growing caper, Im creating a small loft conversion and going to use a 250w hid, Im insulating with kingspan and covering with MDF, should i place Mylar in between the mdf and kingspan, Im just wondering because i dont want to be detected by thermal imaging, should i use C3 film or would 250w cause no obvious heat build up?

i cant see you havin a problem with 1 250w hid there only lookin for lofts lit up like a christmas tree
and they only usually scan your house if they have a tip off stop worrying

if your growing in an area which is known to be a growing area they will be flying over with helicopters if its not known they wont be lookin for a grow just make sure your grow is off the beaten track:bigjoint:

You don't need to worry about 250w at all. It is not going to make too noticeable a difference in your electric bill and it doesn't give off enough heat to sound any alarms. The helicopters with thermal imaging are looking for monster commercial grow houses.

haha okay . So 15 26 watt bulbs would be alright?
