Question about cooking soil

I have four smart pots with organic amendments "cooking" in my tent beside my plant. They will probably have at least three or four months before they are used. In the meantime I have inoculated once with aact (ewc, basalt, molasses, kelp, forest detritus) but that may not be a viable thing for me going forward due to noise. I've occasionally watered the soil, trying my best not to give them too much. Once I think I let it get too dry. Soil seems good though, it breaks down cannabis leaves I've trimmed over just a few days when I tear them into pieces and mix it in.

After watering I have been mixing the soil with my hands to aerate and break up any compaction- will that negatively affect a "cook"? I feel like it won't but I wanted to make sure I wasn't disturbing anything.

you're doing great. I'd skip the raw cannabis leaves though. they dont break down in days, they mold up and cause issues unless already crispy dry when they go in, and even then you dont need that. you got some gold there. turning the soil is a good thing in my experience. you are disturbing things, but so what. you're also assisting o2 and keeping any anaerobic activity at bay
