question about cooltube and passive intake system

this is a really dumb question folks but exactly how do you arrange a cooltube, inline fan, and carbon filter together in, say, a 4x6 closet? i know where to exhaust the hot air (through a hole in the ceiling of said closet) and where to pull in the fresh air (through a couple small holes in the bottom of closet door), but i don't know how to arrange everything? i only have one 6" inline fan (400cfm) and can't afford another one, plus i have all the ducting but i just need a basic idea of how to set this up. i can't make any more holes in the wall either. thanks for any help
