Question About Drying Small Plant

I will be harvesting my beauties in a few days and as you can see by the picture below, both plants are relatively small in size. The buds in the center of the plants have such short stems to them that they have basically "become one" with the main cola.

My question is, should I hang the entire plant? Or should I remove each little bud and hang them all separately? I'd assume the entire plant but then again I can see how if each little bud is getting air all around it (and not just part of it) then it would all dry quicker and more thoroughly. Thoughts?

I would hang the cola and throw the little nugs in a cardboard box and put them somewhere dark and dry for c a couple days...check on the littles in the box often though so they don't overdry...

I planned on at least hanging those little buds on the bottom by themselves, since they will obviously dry faster than the cola's. but should I really get in there with the trimmers and pluck all the middle buds out to hang with the lower ones?

well you can waste your time pulling it all apart, but it ends up drying too fast if you do...sometimes once it is in jars I will pull off all those and just put them in the jar by themselves as opposed to attached to the stalk they were on..but leave all the buds on there, but small ones on their own branches can be tossed in a box...if you want it dry really quick you can pick it all apart, but again it wont look as good in the end.

Dry the plant as a whole, a slow dry and cure will give you great smell, taste, and potency(If the genetics are good and you grew them well).

Awesome!! Thanks for the input fellas!! I plan to hang the whole plant (minus the small lowest buds, i will hang them seperatly and check on them quite often so they don't overdry while waiting for the main colas to dry).
