Question about final flush

I'm sure this is a noob question, but I searched and couldn't find an answer..so I was hoping someone could just clarify this for me.

When you do your final flush...two weeks prior to harvest...do you "flush" meaning pour 3X the size of the container of straight water through the pot...then water with straight water for two weeks...or do you just discontinue nutes and water with straight water for the final 2 weeks of flower? Thanks.

yup you answered your own question... 3x's the pot then water till done... keep your PH level correct thru your flush

yes I agree with dhhbomb what I do is just water for 2 weeks with straight water but for the last few days b 4 harvest say 4-5 days is I dont water at all I mean your about to cut the plant down any ways the plant wilts yes but it sucks all the remaining water/nutes out of its roots and gives it to the buds/leaves then uses the last remaining nutes and that way there are no left over nutes in the plant when I harvest just pure mj.

I'd always been a fan of a full 10-12 days flush... just plain water, drain 2 waste. By day 4 or 5 you can see your run-off ppms at 100 or less... mine never get to the base ro level as fig the coir & plants are always bleeding a little something to the flush water. Truly, I can harvest here & no one seems to notice the difference, though I slow dry & cure properly, so... I got it stuck in my head a long time ago about the 10 days, but quite frankly, this may just be exactly that... in my head...?

I will tell you that when I run my nutes (even at lower levels), the buds do swell bigger & fuller... & it is noticeable. If neither you nor your patients can detect any difference, I would run the nutes (at say a 600-700 level) up to 5 days before harvest & water each day d2w till you hit 100 or less. Good to go from here... but slow dry & cure. Best all.

I don't know but I'm going to do experiment half of my plants Im goin to flush and the other half I am not. The reasoning behind this is I don't no weither to flush orgaincly grown or not, so I'll figure out on my on.
