Question about flowering

OK, this is my first female so i have a quick question. I already know its female, from bein outside it must of been put into flowering, cause after moving the plant inside under a 24hour flouresents, it started showin its first pistols. So i got it alittle bigger, and jsut put it into 12/12 today. The problem is from bein outside and from the pot it was in it didnt get much drainage and seemed to be overwatered for alittle while. the bottom leaves are yellow and startin to turn brown. Should i leave these 2 bottom leaves on the plant or should i cut these off now to let the plant focus more on the flowers and buds. Will cutting the leaves off effect the ammount of bud the plant will grow in a bad way??

Just leave it, it will fall off on its own when the plant no longer has any use for it.

ok, how will it effect the flowering, or will it? Ive seen plants before harvest and before flowering, but i never seen a female plant flower completely.
