Question about Hang drying

So i read the FAQ's and it says to keep your hang drying buds in a temperature of about 65-68 degrees F...
My temps is a little above 75 degrees..
I have an oscillating fan in the dry room also, to keep fresh air circulation..
I cant think of a way at the moment to reduce the temperature
Just wondering since I cant reduce the temperature(without my entire house turning into an igloo) what will the effect of 75 degrees have on my bud?
Will it do something to the taste, or just make it dry quicker?

Will just dry a little quicker.... keep the air moving and don;t let it get much higher or it can cause THC to start breaking down... then have your mason jars ready for the cure...

70 with a ph of 40 is around the best. I would stop the fans. to slow the dry a little.

he probably ment humidity of 40%. Also, if you run the fan, don't let it hit the buds directly, it should be bounced of the wall, indirect flow.

sorry Rh. had Ph on the brain. I go 3-5 days to hang dry. Then a few days of burping my jars. If the bud gets lots of moisture in the jar take them out and let dry untill crisp again.

Cool. my buds are hanging up high so the fan is not blowing on them.
um I've heard so many different peoples answers for jar burping, What do you think is the proper time for burping?
(ive heard to many diff answers, from 5 minutes up to 2 hours!)
Also what does RH stand for? never heard of it befor

All I can say is what I do. I burp when I see moisture on the inside of the jar. Or/Also I give them a daily burp for the for the first 3-7 days untill I like how dry they are.

and how long are the daily burps?
Burping releases moisture slowly. Conditions will always vary, so learn to read your grass rather then follow a strict formula. Basically, in the beginning do more, later do less.

Your grass shouldn't be wet, like freshly cut shit. It should have a certain spring in it's stem, not so dry it's brittle and breaks easily but dry enough to stand erect and bounce into shape.

Remember:

moisture = mold = DEATH!!!
too dry = harsh = GAME OVER!!!

I've only hang dried for 3 days and my bud is already becoming crisp
I'm putting it in my sealed glass jar now.
Even If i dont see it moistening up inside, Should I still burp it?
