Question about led strips spacing bridgelux eb gen 2

Hi guys! I made this build by following a guide :

Mean Well HLG-480H-24A Driver ( how to tune current and voltage dimming. Current on max and voltage depend on the grow stage while late flowering on max voltage )

I want to ask what must be the spacing between the strips? I am planning to make the same build again but with Bridgelux eb gen 3 ( thrive or normal series are better? ) so I want to ask if there is a more efficient and better (with 600W Driver or 2x320 ? build and can you share that info for me? Sorry if these questions looked silly, i'm new into growing.

You can put them however you like, a lot of people space them out evenly over the canopy, others put them in clusters. I put the 2 ft strips end-to-end to make a 4 ft strip and then spaced them out over almost wall to wall, with the gap between strips widest in the center and narrower towards the edges, with the outer strips barely an inch apart. This gave a very even distribution of light, but was improved by having a strip at each end at a right angle to the other strips.

So, I made a square out of strips, and then ran strips across it one side to the other, with the strips spaced wider apart the closer to the center they were.
