I am wondering if it's too cold to put the intake in the window while it's winter minus 35 celcius outside? I mean will a 1000w light blow out with this cold intake air?

run it on a long tube of non-insulated ducting. switch to a little biscuit fan if you need to slow down the air speed a bit.

that is really damn cold.

they use HPS & MH for streetlighting so it wont hurt the bulb but if that cold of air is blowing directly on a plant...

I think nothing survives in that temperature! And if you put some HID lamps the air still can reach the plant in other directions!I wouldent do that man is too much dangerous!!

No i meant the bulbs, the cooltubes will take outside air and will trow it back in another room, the plants will be staying in a 70-75 celcius climate..

I did not think about street lightning so i think they can make it.
