Question about my roots!

im about to start flowering my plant that is about 18" tall, its in a 3 gallon pot so it should jump to about 36" + in the first two weeks.... should i have enough room for my roots? any help or general rules of thumb are appreciated

That's a little small for soil. I would trim much of the undergrowth upon flowering.

Bigger pots than I use. I'd say you'll be fine. My plants get to be about 3-4ft. Im using I think 1.5gallon pots atm (going to upgrade to something more space saving like grow bags for my future grows.) I think you should have enough root space, but its all up to you

ok, ive got some stuff to think about, but my buddy has smaller pots than me and is successfully flowering so well see, thanks all
