Question about Scrog screens

Alright I've constructed a SCROG screen. I've already LST'd my plants but they keep growing and hitting the light. My question is "do I put the SCROG screen directly under the light or should I place it at the tip of my plants? or should i place it on top of my plants and stick the plant through the hole?

You should keep weaving the plant(s) back under the screen and spreading it out till it covers about 75-80% of the screen area. Then switch to 12/12. Treat the screen as if it were a regular canope (centered under the light).
