Question on F2`s

Hey, first post here so be gentle! My question is if I pick a strain, let's say Cali Connection`s 818 Headband (original sour diesel x sfv ogk ibl), and then pick a male to pollinate a female. What will the F2 generation then be like? Would there be some identical to the 818? Would some be replicas of the sour diesel? Could some maybe have 3/4 traits of the sfv with a 1/4 sour diesel?
Or all of the above and more?
So would some people F2 to find near replicas of the parent plants involved?

No dumb questions here just dumb answers lol so take advice with a grain of salt
Okay so onto the question, you will see everything imaginable in the f2,
Even recessives hidden for generations on both sides! It is also where you will
Find plants that breed true for certain traits that you may want (or not)
The downside is that this extreme variation can lead to issues growing indoors
(Differing growth patterns, flowering time, nutrient levels)
My suggestion would be if your willing to put in the work grow out at least 50 females
And youll have at least a feel for what youll be working with and probably find
A really good keeper if you know what to look for.
If you dont care to breed just clone and youll have a 100% perfect replica of the plant you like.

F2's will show the most variation, you should get lots of phenos to choose from
