Question on negative air flow!!!!????

Hello all, if i have a grow room and i have my extractor fan on venting to outside the grow room, no matter how small the pull from my extractor is it impossible for smell to escape even from a small negative airflow on my grow room????

In theory and on paper and in a perfect world then no smell should escape. But is it a possibility then yes.

Now if your venting fan is small, upgrade. If that's not possible then you need to make your grow area as air tight as possible with only one area for air to get into. Check to see if there is a half decent suction going into your grow area. If there is you should be ok for odor.

Of course the smell will escape, you are blowing it outside for your neighbors to smell. Am I missing something here?
