Question on recuring bud

I bought some bud from the club and it's kinda too dry would it be ok to put it in the jar with a leaf from my plant? Would it kinda get more moisture? :0

Yes it would, it would also gain odour.
However this is no easy feat, you don't want too much moisture in the jar or and therefore you'll have to be careful.

I have seen many people do this though, and with great results as well.

a piece of moistend paper towel will work,or a cotton ball,I have used orange peel apple and lemon peel also,it imparts a bit of flavor to the bud
