Question pre flowers before 12-12? Is this possible

Some plants show pre flowers and some don't. I have 4 plants at 4 weeks old and two of them are showing pre flowers.

I often cycle vegging plants to the flower room before they mature enough to show sex in veg with no issue but my funnest plants result when I'm patient enough to wait until they do before I do.
