Question regarding flowering clones, and super soil.

So my question is this. If someone had set up a perpetual grow so basically it would be set up like this. 2 or 4 mother plants. Every two weeks they would take clones, let them root for 14 days, then once they had established a root system, veg them for 14 days, then throw them into the flowering tent for 8 weeks so that every two weeks they would get a harvest. If that person were to use a TLO soil grow I.e. super soil or amendments, would that person want to use a regular super soil mix? Would they want to use a auto flower mix because they would need less N due to shortened vegetation times, would they want to make a custom mix with lower N and higher K? I would imagine keeping the mothers in a soil with a high K to N ratio would help with cloning and what not and help with flowering. Or am I totally wrong? Would they be better off using happy frog or a base soil with a higher K ratio to start? Or would everything be fine just using the standard super soil mix?
