Do you think there is a difference on how good the weed is depending on how it breaks up when your about to smoke it? And I'm talking about already dried weed....

My sister and I are having a difference of opinion on the matter lol. She thinks our Purple Urkle is too sticky and that causes it to break apart weird making it contribute to the quality of the weed in being less. I think it breaks apart and smokes like a champ...
