What amount of nutrients are in that soil there should be a n-p-k ratio on the bag?
You can use most nutes out there but for veg growth look for something with even N-P-K ration around 10-10-10 and use 1/4 of the strength directed on the bottle. When you switch to flower look for a nutrient that has low N and a higher P-K ratio even having next to no nitrogen should be fine.

Oh and if you use tap water id let it sit for around 24 hours open to the air so chlorine will dissipate out of the water and dont forget to ph balance to around 6.8 for soil grows. good luck
