If I have a 5000 btu air conditioner in a 15 x 10 room do I really need a light fan for a 1000w hps

A single 1000 light in a 4x8 will generate 3.41 BTUs of heat per watt. =3410 BTUs per hour. 5k is pushing it

What if I run the light at 75% since im only going to have like 8 plants

Besides light spectrum shift and under power early fail. Should reduce heat slightly.
Will come down to air exchange IMO.
Bro, it's up to you how many . 1 K don't have a huge footprint any way. A 10x 15 is like 6-8 raptor hoods and 6-8k to get down. My dude had 16k in same size before.
