Questions about plants.

Hey I am a new grower and I have two plants right now that have been growing for about a month now. One of them is about 6 inches tall and has around 30 leaves on it and the other plant is taller but has fewer leaves. I will be posting some pictures soon. And I was wondering how long I should go before I start to flower them and how much yield should I expect.

no one will answer that cuz its a stupid question.....no one can predict how much a "6 inch plant will yeild" are u gonna grow it 10 ft tall ? or 2 ft tall...? it all depends on how long u grow it how much light it gets and if u do things right.... i'd say flowering around 12 inches is a good clean number... then again ive seen people veg till there plants where 3 ft + .... if ur gonna ask stupid questions... do it right.. add alot of detail and pics help

well, I usually give my plants 35 to 45 days to veg from seed, however alot depends on conditions that affect your plant, since its your first time, go with 30, your yeld might be less but you will learn faster. PS, newbie section is full of theese questions ,as far as I am concerned thats what its here for ,so dont be discouraged and good luck growing.

It also depends on what strain you have.

I had the same thing happen and the taller one with fewer leaves was a male. That doesnt mean yours is a male though. Good luck hopefully you get all females.

Was that neccessary? He's a newb man. Did you crawl out of your mothers womb knowing everything there is about growing? Once he has been here awhile he will learn the proper way of asking and doing things, if you did not scare him off. If you did we can all thank YOU for definetly killing some possible killer plants. Its not that big of a deal man.

Its not a stupid question, its an uneducated question. My opinion on this is if anything, he should have asked "I dont know shit about what I am doing, where do I start". Its not a stupid question, and if you read between the lines at what he was asking, you would have seen that he was pretty much saying just that. You know, if you were not so negative in your reply, using your numbers that you gave and the info, you could have really taught him something, hes here to be educated about this art. Not to be put down for being here to learn.

PEACE

Sorry for interrupting this thread, that is just something I cant tolerate. Carry on folks. Help this gentleman out some.

You can normally start your flowering flowering anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks.
If you have bought them check with the company you bought them for. Or, do a search for the strain name, that should return what you need. If u let me know the strain, ill try to help you out.
Peace out

I made my point. Lets not hijack this thread, and let the man try and learn something on his thread. We can start a new thread to discuss this.
