Questions outdoor-cannabis-grow judicial process

Hello,

a friend of mine has been tried in a lawsuit for outdoor cannabis cultivation in Germany in 2018. He asks me to research four questions for him, because these aspects may help him in his soon to be negotiated case. It would be very helpful, for example, to have internet links with answers to the four questions. Or otherwise it would be really great to get answers here in this forum. I need these answers until Sunday (March 3th 2019).

Question 1: What outdoor germination rate have non-feminized seeds? For example, if you put 100 seeds outdoor in the soil, what percentage of the seeds will go on, e.g. really 50% or 1/3?

Question 2: What percentage of outdoor plants are male and how many percent are female?

Question 3: At what THC value does grass count as strong? What is the THC value for the strongest grass - 24 %? If someone has plants with 6% - is that strong or easy or how is that?

Question 4: Are 20 to 25 grams of harvest per plant typical for a outdoor grow?

1 : depends on the age of seeds, and how they were stored, when in the flower's cycle they were pollinated etc...
2: about 50:50
3: traditional landrace Sativa weed is about 5 to 10%, that is why you need so much of it.
4: not unless you are growing small autos. With German weather, I would expect plants on the smaller side of the spectrum though.

The people who should be taken a closer look at by the law, are those still prosecuting people for growing weed.
What is their motive? Are they just doing this because they get paid to? It is clearly not harm reduction, as growing your own cannabis is the most likely you will be able to get uncontaminated weed.
Legal repercussions are the only likely harm anybody is ever likely to have as a result of using his own cannabis. It has been proven over and over in a number of studies, that the greatest harm came from the state, not from weed.

Tell your friend to keep his head high, He did nothing wrong.

lol that aint gunna help him at all lol he can cry black and blue about he had 6 and 4 may of been male he can say that they were low thc breed for medical use also it would be more then 25 g per plant pull in the long run his gunna do time peace
