hey guys. wondering if im gonna have a heat problem. this is the setup

6.5 foot tall 4 foot wide 2 foot deep homemade grow box

2x4 hydro table about 1.5 foot off ground

265 cfm exhaust blower connected to a small can filter or profilter with a few 4 inch holes at the bottom for passive intake

1x 1000 watt hps in a cool tube with 4 inch axial fans at each end (one intake and one exhaust) with the fans in holes cut at the back and side of the box to keep air compleatley seperate from the grow chamber.

2 or 4 t5 4 foot long blue bulbs screwed into the back of the box horizontally fot more blue.

think its too much heat?

also does anyone have any idea what kind of yeild i could have woth 2 rows of 7 plants sea of green? this will be only my second hydro grow.

even with a cool tube? my friend has a 2x4 room with a six inch axial fan as exhaust 600whps and he gets 8-10 oz no prob. doesnt even have a cool tube for the bulb. but i guess it would be over kill? i just dont want to have to get rid of my new 1000 i just got it.

Using co2 will raise the heat tolerance by 10 degrees give or take.
Pretty easy to make, just made mine this afternoon

1 gallon jug with a fitted lid, screw on snap on whatever.
5-6 cups of sugar
2-3 tablespoons of ACTIVE yeast
Half gallon of water

throw it all together in the jug and poke/melt a hole in the lid/cap about the size of a pencil.
Shake it up every now and again to give re-mix the sugar.
Its good for about 2-3 weeks worth of co2, when you stop seeing bubbles its time to change the solution.
Hope it helps.
:peace:
