quick ques bout osc fan for circulation?

Growing under 2 100w hps in rockwool ina 10x10x10 room with a 8in. inline fan for intake and CO2 enrichment. Is it better to have my oscillatory fan on full blast or is lower quieter setting better?

I like the fan to blow in a manner that gives the plants a gentle sway. Too much breeze and the leaves can become wind burned. The more mature the plant - the more breeze they can handle. I hope that helps.

yup, just leave it on low to get the co2 off the ground to circulate.
