quick question about hermie....

Hey all......long time grower, first time member of riu (though I often scan threads for useful tips)So I was wanting to try and breed my bubblegum and kentucky blue grass. The problem is the one male blue grass I have turns out to be a hermie. Can I use pollen from that to pollinate my bubblegum or would the resulting seeds be too unstable to bother with.

i know people who have dont this to get seeds cuz their male turned out to be hermie... and the seeds grew fine,,, i even got a few of them a grew them and they were just fine in my opinion

Cool I was hoping it wouldn't go totally to waste.
