I'm sorry that happened to you. People are shit heads. You know what's crazy I remember reading a reply you put up about camping outside with a metal BB gun after someone else posted that there plants got stolen. I took extra precautions after reading people's plants getting stolen.

This is how I protect my garden. Might be a little overboard but honestly I could do more if I wanted.

My plants are in pots so I put a very thick chain that's impossible to cut without an hydrolic industrial size metal cutter around my plants. I weaved/tangled them all through the branches and finally attached the end to the bottom of a very thick tree stalk. I also have a motion sensored camara pointing at the plants that records and notifies to my phone if anything is detected. I also have alot of black plastic wires a foot a away from my fence that way if they decide to hop my fence they will get tangled or caught on the wire coming down. It's also black so it's hard to tell it's there at night. The wire is connected to bushes that are against my fence so if they do land on it the bush branches will break and cause a lot of noise. Basically if someone wants to rip me there going to have to spend some time cutting down branch by branch or just chop my top nugs they can't get the whole plant because every plant is attached to each other with metal chains so they can't just throw the pots over or cut the stalks. It'll take them time to really steal it and by that time I'll already be outside with my 9mm ready to take care of the intruders. I'm already up all hours of the night until the sun comes up. Another method I was thinking was to attach a black wire to the plants lead it to my room with a bell tied to the end. That way if anybody is pulling or tugging on my plants the wire will get pulled causing the bell in my room to ring.

If somebody still ends up taking my plants then they honestly deserve it for all the effort they put in to take them lol

Hate to hear this. It's a yearly thing for outdoor growers though. I will cut a few buds 2 weeks early, a few more 1 week early, then chop the rest when they are ready. Insurance buds.

Where I'm from if someone is coming to steal something from you theyre usually not coming empty handed. I'll legally shoot anybody that threatens my life, if I confront intruders in my property. And if there not threatening my life I will still brandish my firearm and hold them in custody until authorities come. You can say whatever you want but My grow is completely legal sheriffs already know what I do and know I am in compliance with everything. I requested a sheriff to come to my grow site before I planted just to make sure there isn't any problems later on in the future. Sorry I'm not a pus like you and just stand around while someone is stealing my hard work.
