Does anyone else catch rain water for use inside. I have been using it now for about 6 weeks and I'm very happy with it. I keep a 5 gal bucket with an air stone in it. The rest I keep outside and once a day give it a good mixing. The temp outside is 30 to 60. I just wonderd if anyone has more information I should know. :peace:

i saw a thread over on icmag where a guy does that. its just smart and cost effective when you think about it. we had snow here recently and i caught a bunch and tossed it in the freezer.

not only will it feed my plants but i plan to hurl snowballs galore at people come june

Yeah man i use rain water. The thing about rain water is the PH level is almost always at the right amount. And its something the plant naturally would be exposed to if it was outside.

I've been collecting/bottling rainwater for about 3 months now and my plants are bushier than my first grow with tap water...

(Got about 7-8 UK gallons of it so I'm ok for rainwater for a while yet lol!)

I have been using rain water for almost 2 years. I catch the roll off from my house in a large 25 gal. container. I use another one inside with an air pump and large airstone strip to keep it fresh. Works magic compared to any other water source.:weed:
