Is there anything I can do to salvage my kali mist? It was rained on yesterday while I was working. I tied it up with sticks and cut the branchs off that broke. I am worried about rot, would spraying serenade help or is it game over?

My little plant went through a week of rain and I only got a little rot on day 6 of rain but I cut it out and it's fine now
I have also treated bud-rot in the past by cutting out the infected area(s) and it seemed to work just fine. So to the OP I would say don't worry too much about losing your harvest, but you still want to be diligent on keeping your ladies as happy and healthy as they can be.

Just let Mother Nature do her thing. Rain water is always good. Plants love it. Something about an extra H atom in the atmosphere turns rain water into H2O2. It's all good. I'll probably lose a pound to rot. The many pounds I get of mature buds is well worth the sacrifice. For how much my buds have swollen definitely makes up for the pound of compost. I only grew 6 & have 5 remaining. Potsy turvy thai had to go early... She doesn't have the flavor.... It's ok, but the others are definitely worth the weight (wait).

once the rain has stopped i fan my plants , i use a big painting canvas to fan off the execs water and you get a good workout out of it especially this year with 40 plants

First off Do you see any rot? Sometimes it's hard to tell yellowing leaves from rotten leaves. If it's not showing signs she should be fine Kali Mist is my next project. Can't wait!

I really don't have that much... I was using my wife's cookie trays to dry them. She was watching me through the window & was cracking up! She said that I looked like I was trying to fly! Whatever works right?

Hopefully the sun will come out from here on & dry things up a little. I have to harvest soon. The buds look great & mature but I only see a few amber trichs here and there. I pulled off quite a bit mid-September. Now the rest of the plant is mature & I have a bag of preemie. Shouldv'e waited.

These long night are killin' me. Should I really wait for 30% Amber?1219.gif

u dont have to wait until 30 percent amber. i would harvest at 100 percent cloudy or as close to it as u can. remember, even after u chop them, they will still mature slightly. Usually any white hairs i have at harvest are gone by the time it dries.

Just checked my Sour Diesel. She was indoor in the spring, about 3' & killer buds so I re-vegged her... or she re-vegged herself. She re-grew up with my 5 other outdoor plants. I kinda guessed that the strain would be a later harvest than the rest, I guessed wrong... again! My experience with re-vegges is that they have older "souls". They are older than they look??? Sh!t I don't know anyhoo.... SHE"S READY! Looks like right about 30% amber. Here I go! I'm not gonna screw around with this one. She has the best flavour (worth the European spelling) of any buds I've ever smoked. When I harvested her last spring I knew that I wanted more. Ask & ye shall receive!

I would never wait that long (30%). I harvest at 5-10%. Amber means they are breaking down. Look for max milky and a flush of amber. Trust me on that.

Um I harvest if i think the strain has issues with mold, example being my purple kush its so big and dense if you don't chop it early you get no weed, the inside molds without any rain or water being on the leafs. Other strains like Third Dimension can be rained on, floral sprayed if wanted to, up to the day of harvest and there will be no problems. It all depends on the bud formation and the strains resistance.

30% amber seems like a lot, especially with the recent couple threads I read about trichs continuing to mature a bit after chopping.
