I don't know who Joe Cain is, but if he was that obese loudmouth in a suit at the rally, I wouldn't be surprised if he's soon to be targeted by Schuette's goons. All he did at the rally was bait them to come after him by saying "we're going to ignore the supreme court and the legislature." I get the impression he thinks that just because sick people and caregivers who give up their privacy by registering with the government are exempt from arrest for growing and using marijuana within the parameters of the act, that marijuana is suddenly legal and you can grow as much of it as you please and give it away or sell it to whomever you please as long as you have the magic card. The Michigan Medical Marihuana Act did not change the contraband status of cannabis. If you want to do that, you need to remove the word "Marihuana" from MCL 333.7212(1)(c).

Just so we are clear where I stand.

But the reason I am responding to you is the Rainbow Farm crap.
You can't decide to burn any building down even if it is on your property.
There is actually a serious felony charge for that sort of action.
Therefore the two dead guys brought it on themselves EVEN if they didn't really fire on the helicopters and cops and shit.

I have sent the following message to the administrators of michiganmedicalmarijuana.org:

It has come to my attention that there is an ongoing conflict between users and administrators of this site and those of michiganmedicalmarijuanagrowers.net. I have been banned from their site and accused by their admin of "causing tension" between the two groups with no explanation of how I managed to accomplish this feat.

As a volunteer for the Personal Responsibility Amendment campaign in 2001, I got more than my fill of infighting and division, especially in the wake of the shootings of Tom Crosslin and Rolland Rohm over Labor Day weekend that year. I am a recently certified patient who is struggling with getting a grow room set up. I came to both sites looking for cultivation Q&A and inadvertently stepped into the middle of some political bullshit that I have no knowledge of nor any desire to be involved in. As long as there are hostilities between the two groups, I'd just as soon not have anything to do with either group. Please delete my profile immediately.
