Random unproven seeds

I just placed an order for 2 seed packs from a breeder who has been in the business for over 3 decades. Got a good price, so I wasn't expecting too much for freebies.
The seller included 6 feminized seeds(3 and 3). I almost wish they hadn't though. They are from a breeder who just seems to have every phenotype under the sun. How is that possible? Reminds me of the seed banks in the Netherlands. I don't have the time and space to just "see how these do" when there are so many amazing things out from breeders who have put in DECADES stabilizing, not a few months or years.
Is it appropriate to ask a bank to either include similar freebies to what's being purchased and if not, to just omit entirely?
Seems like a waste to just throw seeds in the garbage...

Sounds silly to toss free stuff

Give them to friends, yer cat, you sound like a cat person, your priest, anyone

Most have specific promos so not usually an option to pick what u want but I'm sure they will NOT send them if u ask

I want to re-iterate that I appreciate the seed bank. They had the best price on these seeds I could find anywhere and shipped them in less than 2 days...

If a legit place is giving you seeds, most likely they are some good quality seeds


And it dosnt take decades to stabilize any strain, well except Mother Nature,but we fucked all those strains up..lol

They could be really good, but I've been unlucky in the past buying similair "heirloom" varieties from Europe. For example, a skunk #1 that couldn't have been further from the real thing and a Durban poison that seeded itself. These ones I just got were big in the 90's, but I haven't seen them anywhere since.

The seedbanks in the Netherlands have been breeding for decades. Much longer than many of these newer US seed banks selling Cranberry Chocolate Lemon Haze + Banana Strawberry Space Monkey F1's.

It doesn't take decades to stabilize a strain.

Chances are if those free seeds were mixed in with your other seeds you wouldn't even know the difference.

I already have seeds for future seasons haha. I need a seed freezer then I can save them indefinitely
