raptor 8 hood

i have 2 raptor 8inch hoods. should i use 2x600w bulbs or 2x1000w bulbs space is about 4x8..will i raise any suspicion using 2x1000watters?

4x8 go with two 1000s, pay your bill and the power co wouldn't give two squats

i have two types of hoods. 6inch silver star and 8inch raptor 8s. my grow area is 4x8. Is it better to have 2x1000w in raptor 8s, 3x600w in raptor 8s, or 3x6inch silver star 600w...please helppp

im not sure about the hoods because i use a cooltube... but just so you know...my space heaters use 1500w each and i use 2 of them

If you have enough height in your space, go with the 1000w bulbs in your Raptors. Just be sure to flower early enough (and train) so your little green girlies don't grow to big/into the light and burn. Good luck!

yeah if you ran two lights at 2000w can you get rid of the heat?

You got a little suckered buying the raptors but maybe you got a good deal. As states above, 1k is the way to go in those hoods. 600 bulbs is waaaay to short given how ridiculously long those hoods are.

Your going to have some heat in there for sure
