There are a lot of reasons why the MMPR is wrong, but I can tell you all a very good argument is simply this, all of the strains as of now are from MMAR growers, most of those growers provided strains to MMPR companies, the problem is

A- most of the growers did not know what they had to begin with in terms of strains

B- the ones who did know what they had were not giving the good ones, just selling MMPR companies shitty strains and naming them whatever,

Because HC made it so difficult to transfer strains, this made it easy for people to do and sell whatever they wanted to LPs and the LPs had no real way to back check anything.

So out the gate we have a big problem, all this talk of standardization in the industry, all this talk about we have this strain and it does blah blah blah, it is all based on bullshit science. How can things be standard in a industry when you have different LPs claiming to have certain strains, then you order them and they are completely different(like one guys Sour D or OG will be very different from the others). This proves to me that they did not know what the heck they bought in the first place.

SO I am basically trying to say how can you trust a company with your Health Matters when they are total jack asses and know nothing about what you need from them?
The strains everyone offer are all bogus, they all got ripped off out the gate with bogus strains.
Then to have it all crammed down our throats by HC and LPs is crazy, they are perpetrating a fraud against us all. The fraud is that they do not even know what they are trying to sell us.

So you just not understand how a police raid works? They aren't going to save genetics .they chop and go. As you know getting new genetics is easy it's just finding what you once had that's impossible. This raid has nothing to do with giving patients to buy from lp. Take off your tinfoil hat. Cops got info on a grow and didn't bother checking if it was a legal grow or not. Ps nothing is being crammed down our throats-just don't go to a lp for meds. They will fail. The lp purge is just continuing as planned.

Didn't they use binoculars to recon the building .... hard to miss a big piece of paper

I have also posted a copy on the door...when I did grow inside...
its on legal size paper....taped to the door..... pretty hard to miss...
something tells me they had an agenda ...and HC needs to be sued long and hard...for their part in giving the go ahead....
Health Canada acted the lowest of the low....in giving the go ahead and that person who gave the go ahead and their direct supervisor are criminally responsible...for any hardship these two patients endure....

Add all plants and what time and effort it took to get them to that stage and what it would take to replace and make new plants to that stage. Wonder if they fucked any equipment as I don't think they would have cared about too much eh

You could be doing everything legal like ... yet it takes just one day/ hour for someone to do something to you and even though your in the right and their in the wrong .... fuck all happens to the aggressor (if it's police govt or anyone in control) but takes the victim super long time Getting back to normal

My point is the seed banks are still operating with no interference there are good genetics still around. Are you really telling me hc thinks they can kill all the (insert stain of choice here) after the mmpr came into effect? Cmon that's what I mean by tinfoil hat. If you have genetics you want to preserve and continue no matter what happens then start sharing your clones with people. The police and hc cant move fast enough to kill of the genetics like you're saying. If you're the only one with a pheno that needs to live on share!! It's the only way to insure it's future existance. Hc told them to dispose of the already cut down plant matter. They did not give the RCMP the go ahead to do the raid in the first pace and start cutting shit down. It wasn't in a house but a commercial space. So cops being cops dismantle it all. Then figure out hey let's call hc and see what we HAVE to do with all these plants we just cut down. If you'd read....

The grown herb CANNOT be replaced.
..OOOPS SORRRY WE BAD...and so on and so forth.
The fact remains that thePatinets are out of meds and have to file suit in order to get back anything lost....and they need to go to civil court to deal with the repercussions from the unnecessary bust!
