On what?

I read on Heisenbergs tea recipie that you need less nutes with tea so if I have100ppm with no tea add how much less should I add?
learn to use your ppm meter to feed your plants.
nobody can answer your question but you.
somebody will say feed at 2000ppm. the next guy will say feed at 200ppm. who's right?

Yeah way to many variables if you give a full description of all your equipment and parameters with plant photos... We could give you an approximation based on experience.

the pics are the ones showing the most problems.

I have the following environment:
Ph:6 (yellow)
Ppm: I’m now running straight ro water and tea. I added 3 drops of super thrive. Total is 5ppm

Tea: Heisenberg’s Heisenberg Tea Summary - Cheap Easy Beneficial Bacteria to Cure Root Issues
Temp:72-75•f
Water Temp: 68•F
Humidity:70%-75%

light: 2x 600 watts dialed back to get 100 - 110 micro moles. One had fallen over like a cutting with to much light so I put plastic over them all. They were under a t5 16” high so 100mmol might be to intense.

Water level is up high all the way to the top of the net part of the basket. Air stones at the bottom. The pump came with the system.

The water is about an inch below. I tried to follow the current culture uc instruction guide.

I have no clue how much food to give them I was gonna use culture solution or advanced nutrients whichever this forums members know what to use.

if no one knows how much should I add per dose and how long should I wait between doses before I add more? Will they show nute burn or will the roots turn rotten like og ghost train haze #8

my og ghost train haze #8 thrived on 9ppm source and only 3 drops of rapid start. Ppm was 12 when I was done. I slipped when adding cal mag a couple weeks later and it went to 25 ppm which killed all the plants. I’m now growing kandy kush express which flowers in 7 weeks. No clue how much food to add.

Do you have a ph and ppm meter? That you can reliably count on and check the validity from time to time?
Probably the easiest is bontanicare pure blend pro grow. 1 part and you can use it start to finish. You don't need the bloom.

200ish ppm should be good for now.

GH 3 part also a good option.

AN ph perfect if you have RO will work but add nothing else to it. Personally I hate it but never used it. Just seen how many issues it creates

Yep my ph meter auto balances and allows it to swing 5.5-6.5 and of course I have a ppm meter that’s how I know it’s 5 :D
You ph should never go above 6.1 and I don't go over 6.0 ideally 5.6-6.

I'm not sure what's in that tea but you need to start getting them some nutrients. Like I said about 200ppm should be good for now

I put in 20 ml of each solution I’m gonna let it mix up and gradually add more until I get to 200. The tea has ancient forest ewc and mycogrow soluble brewed with molasses for 48 hrs. I added 5cups of it and it raised my ppm from 0 to 5. The microbes and beneficial fungi eat bad bacteria and algae. Prevents root rot, Cyanobacteria and bunch of other stuff that doesn’t really apply to me.

If this doesn’t work I’m dumping the water and replacing the tea with uc roots

also my plastic bag trick to block out light worked. The drooping plant came back up. When I transplanted it didn’t occur to me that they were getting 6x the light they were getting in the cloner.

Oh understand bacteria quite well. They don't actually kill other bacteria or algae they out compete them and you should never have cynobacteria or you have light leaks because it requires light to grow.

Yeah I would do as you are with nutes

I will post an update as soon as there is one.

when I was learning programming in high school I had every problem you can have. Made me one hell of a good troubleshooter in college and work. My point is I will post here with updates throughout the grow just in case it will help someone else and I really appreciate the help.

I have a kiosk type of system that tells me how many days it’s been. Turns out I’ve only had hydro going for about 24hrs. System says it’s day 1 I’m incline to wait until day 7 to check them but in hydro everything happens so fast. Is waiting till day 7 ok?

You should be checking daily

I’ve checked them 5 times since my last post. Daily sounds good. The plant I’m worried about seams to be getting worse see the first pic. The one in the second pic is also showing similar stress just a bit slower. I also took pics of the other 4 which don’t seam to be in as bad shape.

When do you think I should give up on tea as a preventative and just replace it with UC Roots?
