Re-potting Question

Hi all, my question is about re-potting. I have been growing Northern Lights from seed for 2 weeks now. They're growing in store bought seeding soil but I have found that it tends to become very compacted with watering and I'm worried the roots aren't getting enough air!

I'm planning on re-potting soon and was wondering whether you think 3 weeks is enough time to give a plant to grow from seed before I re-pot them? They seem to be doing really well, about 7 inches in height from the soil, healthy looking leaves and plenty of new growth. I'm just a little worried about stressing the plant too much so early on. What are your thoughts guys?
