Re-Veg Outdoors?

Im about to transplant into a bigger container and I was wondering if there are any tips/advice on re-vegging a plant outdoors. It's just starting to flower, so I think I may be able to re-veg. Im going to give it as much direct sunlight as I can (~10 hrs) after she's adjusted to the new pot.

Are there any nutes that would help it to re-veg? I have some liquid fish emulsion I was thinking of using.
Would tying down some branches help it to veg?
Also I have an outdoor light near my plant, I was seeing if it'd be a good idea to leave that on for a few hrs after sunset.

It will reveg at it's own rate regardless of what you do...I mean extra light after sundown can't hurt...but it will do it's own thing...

10 hours of light is gonna keep it in flowering....to re-veg it you are gonna need 15 or more hours of light
