Re vegging question about lighting

Just decided to take the leap and recycle/revegg my Maui Wowie that has given me lovely medicine. I cut according to directions on other threads and repotted and have put back in to my vegg room. My question is: Do I put her back in the flower room at any point 12/12? Aloha

I am not sure what you are asking, and I have reveged plants several times. It will take it a while to resume vigorous vegetative growth, once it gets to the size you want put it back into flowering.

Thank you Twohearted you did answer my question. Sorry it was not clearer. I was unsure how I would know when to put her back in to my flower room. I guess when she gets past that funny mutant stage people refer to or like you said, once she gets to be the size I am satisfied with. Aloha

Hi there. You will notice that your plant will look like it's not doing anything at all for about a month to 2 months. Once it does you will start to see the buds that you left on start to stretch out and see single leaves. Once you start seeing 3 leaves you are well on your way. Be patient because it takes a while but you will have a nice multi cola plant on your hands next time around. :)

Aloha angryblackman that was most helpful! I am excited about the recycle aspect. Seems like a win/win for me- recycle my green and a bumper crop. In Hawaii we would have to pick double crop pineapples. This seems like a similar process. Mahalo for your help. Good days to you!

im going to try this with a plant soon to harvest! shes got a fat main stalk, and a few little leaves down below.. gonna try and get those babies to veg for me.. and hopefully see jungles come out of my budsites..


i also took clones off a plant 5 days into 12/12.. the plant was already starting to flower.. im hoping i can clone these babies with the same theory.. i know it takes long.. but the idea sounds too fun to not try :]

You will be able to get it to root still. It will take awhile but it will root! :D
