Sorry, I have made the same thread twice I just didn't know where to put it butttttt

OK so I am going to upload pics from my phone I just wanted to create the thread before on my comp so I could just add them...but a little back story....did my own little version of subcools recipe, tested ph and it was spot on.....every thing was growing amazing! Well 1 strain I had to add epsom salt it was "praying" for mg.....other then that perfect....so now my auto the newer leaves tips are burnt/brown and have the claw, but the leave size is such a huge different in size to the bottom half (that's why I'm thinking zincdef.) And then I'm doing research into it and I'm realizing my other plant, slow growth, bunchEd up and curving of leaves can be a multiple of things .....BLAH I'm so lost...yes I am new, but I've grown a few and never really had this much of issues...my mind is just fried from reading so much different def/toxicity that basically are the same damn thing!

So thank you in advanced, and please no smart ass answers I'm ready to rip my hair out as it is, bc I cannot afford to lose these!

I'm going to try nd take more clear and closer pics but in order 1 auto 2 shark widow

The best the pics will get, my aliment makes me very shaky so hopefully please try and look but the 1st and 2nd is my auto...it's dominant indica and the new leaves are such a difference and new growth tips burnt, scorched etc.. (using t5s and cfl's I have had them within 1-3 inches the whole grow the and raise accordingly never had a burn issue with my lights)

3,4,5 is my photo shark widow....it was growing good but now, very slow growth, the curving, and color fading....not just yellow but losing green as well?

I use tap water and out of all my grows I have never had a problem with using it, until now...

Auto's can be fussy - nature of the game!

Layering is ,,,, well, dumb ~ If you have any SubTools soil left over.....Next time you transplant into it. Just mix the whole schmear together (everything you would put in the pot) and run that....

What size pots are they in?
How long have they been in those pots?
How big do you intend the finished plant to be (height please).

They almost look like N def.

I'll wait for your answers to suggest a fix

Thank you for answering, I have seen some of your posts and where hoping you were going to answer! First off I am eager to learn and very much appreciate the advice, all I am trying to do is grow clean, amazing, personal medicine.
So,
They are 5 gallons...they would be 22 days, I had them in like a jiffy pot (not actual brand, ones that will transplant ) for the first 14 days, and so then into those 5 gallons..as in height requirement, anything under 7'(in tent)

But I don't know if this would be a kicker or not...I constantly check my plants, I was looking to see if my auto started to show her pistels, and I noticed thrips, very early stages, so I wanted to solve the problem , ordered Monterey garden and usps messed my order up so now it was taking up to 2 weeks, went around to stores, nothing finally found some neem oil and I deff didn't emulsify it...yea I know :wall:....I have since got my bottle of spinosad but haven't used it and they have been eradicated, well not for a lil while now...I took everything out of tent and scrubbed as well

If it's the layering,,,they should grow their roots into the "hot" layer and improve.....If not....sprinkle say 1tsp of your high N soil amendment - I would guess that Sub called for Blood meal? Sprinkle that around the surface and water well, but don't go for run off! High N Bat guano would work too.....Like 10-1-1 as an example.....No P values over 1.0 for this solution to work well down the road.

Keep in mind that any adjustment will take 5-7 days to show in the plant (in soil). N def is the only thing that the effected leaves look better again after adjusting/correcting.

Yeah, the soil.....Just blend it together with what the called for amount of base layers for that amount is and let it sit till you need it.

Good luck

Yes, I actually just bought blood meal for my next run but will deff use it now.......it is 12-0-0 and for the soil it wasn't really layered more of a mix, so im sure adding this blood meal will help, thank you very much appreciated!!
