Jeez....really? Im so impatient! What am I looking for visually? I have a 30x loupe, but I'm not able to see amber trichomes til I take a picture with my camera.
Should I wait till ALL pistils are brown?

all strains behave differently so there is no single way to determine exactly when to harvest, most of it is preference anyway. I like the hairs to be fully withered and receded, when the plant stops drinking and growing it is usually time, I also like to see a bit of fade on the leaves. I must state I like my cannabis really heavily ripened to the point were it is smokeable 5 days after harvest. try not to pay too much attention to the trichomes, they are the last thing I would worry about when looking to harvest a plant.
