Ready or Not?

Hey guys I posted pics about 3 weeks ago of a plant nearing harvest. The general consensus was that is wasn't ready and one person said wait another two weeks.
Here is another pic and it seems like the plant has slowed growing but the trichomes still haven't clouded or drooped. Tommorrow, sunday, will be 12 whole weeks it has been on a 12/12 light cycle. Is this Plant ready in your opinions or ? Also, the other plants may have a fungus gnat problem, they don't seem to be stunted, but do ya'll see anything wrong with the other plants? They may just be losing their water leaves and they seem to be putting on good bud for just three weeks in. Thanks everyone!

as far as i know you should wait till the tricromes are clouded not clear. but im a newbie and thats just what i have read in books and different forums. someone told me that if you think its ready for harvest, wait a week.

The larger plant in the middle looks done judging from the picture. The surrounding plants look like they could use a couple more weeks.
Are those DIY carbon dioxide emiters? I saw the balloons and thought wtf?! lol

I'd like to see some close-ups, they look yummy! Happy harvest!
