Ready or not?

Ok so this is my first grow the plants are Nirvana Shortrider and Northern Lights. They both are just at 7 weeks and have a lil amber. I dont want to wait to long as I dont want a really strong couchlock. The first 3 pics are Shortrider the other 3 are Northern Lights. What do you guys think they look ready?

Ok I will use this post. I don't know why but lastnight it was showing that it wasn't posting. It would kick me off each time I posted so I would search for post and it wasn't there. I used the search button to find all my threads and they didn't exist so I'm not sure what was going on. But anyways back to the main topic now that this issue of the multiple posts is fixed.

i try to harvest when majority are cloudy, maybe 10% amber.

if i want couchlock, i grow a couchlock strain. if i want a spacy high, i grow a strain for that.

amber trichs mean they are over done and starting to degrade.

It could very well just be my eyes I see mostly cloudy with a lil amber so I figured Im in my cutoff window. I cut some tiny buds off lastnight and dried them out over night and tried them both and was impressed. They wasnt even harsh.

I judge my harvest time on both the look of the plant and the trichs. Trichs look mostly cloudy with some amber and some clear. My preference would be to leave a little longer but without viewing pic of plant could not say for sure. If it smokes how you like it chop but your choice. Happy tokin.

First pic is Shortrider its a 6-8 week strain. I dont know why but this pic doesnt do the pant justice there is a lot more amber stigmas then what the pic shows. They just seem lighter in the pic I think its the lighting. The second pic is the Northern Light its a 7-9 week strain. The more and more I look and think maybe wait another week.

What equipment do you use for viewing and taking pics of your trich's? I'm looking for better equipment
